I never thought of a 'stop doing' list.  Stop wasting time, stop over spending,stop watching TV, stop drinking too much alcohol, smoking cigars, and the list can go on.

Can you identify a couple of resource wasting behaviors and change them?
Pocket change into the jar.  Chew food thirty time.  Sleep over or under sleeping.

DUI @ .22! While suspended License.  Oh, and out on bail.

Defense lawyer did his job.  Got the Blood work questioned.  So we hung on that.  Agreed on other charges.

Kevin Hogan 101, last thing said stuck.  Logic failed.  Sell with Emotions.

Having been eligible for 22 years here I sit.  Selected for a Criminal case.  Be done Friday.  That is all I get to say.

Serving on a Jury I believe is more important than voting.  The concept of a jury of your peers is a relatively recent thing.  A panel of strangers brought to together for a short time is viewed as difficult to corrupt. The jury is not a rubber stamp!  Our system is bound together through the jury system.

History is replete with examples of corrupt judges and abusive legal systems.  The American system is fairly tough.  At least you get a shot at a fair trial.

Ever wish it was just food poisoning?

Laying on the floor in a clod sweat wishing it would end, not knowing  what was next.

Sparing you the details.  It was a time of 'suckage'!

Reminds me that I have only so much time to get anything done.  HAD plans for this week.  Shot!

Getting back on feet when my son is now sick (This was my wish for food poisoning! Spare others)

Was the Rebellion of 76' about 'Taxation without Representation'? Or did go a bit deeper?

Gun Control?  The confiscation of the Arsenals.  The colonies were basically always at war.  It was unlawful to go more than a mile from home unarmed!  Then some stuffed shirt in another country thousands of miles and months away goes "I do not think you need all those guns.  So we are going to take them away from you."  Oops.

I contend it was about 'Control'.  Who decides?  The politician in the capital or the person on the ground looking at the problem.

My advice is listen to the 'Man on The Ground'

Control at the lowest level closest to the problem.

I resemble those remarks.  Just read a Ad for a ebook I got from Kevin Hogan.  Nice I did not pay $27 for it again.

Do you have gigs of 'free' e-books, mp3's, or watched videos?

My plan is to dig in right here.

It is staggering that Dr. Hogan delivered so much!  Leave out the 12 hours of audio.

Plenty of 'free' resources buried in them ther files!

My advice, (That I am taking!) is dig into your private goldmine!

Took a break.   Watch Kevin Hogan video.  Got back to it.

Thank you for the weight loss encouragement.  Will get Simpeology to remind me to eat 6 meals a day.

Saying "No" is so important.  Came to a new idea, if I feel I need to ask anybody else.  Then the answer is usually 'no'.

Mark Joyner, offered a huge carrot for a mere 1/6 of the total price.  I so wanted it.  Got a gentle reminder(Thank you April) That, get Kevin's info into play and the money will follow.  Right as usual.  Stop chasing rainbows, and dig where you are.

Diet, is DIE with a T.
Losing weight is simple, not easy.  Formula hasn't changed: Burn more then you put in.

But what about....

I have been Medically Directed to lose weight.  That sucks.  Yep, drop some weight if you want to live a happy and healthy life.  Kevin tells us we will make more money(I believe him!)

So I am walking, lifting and the swiss ball.  Doing push-ups.

So what am I eating?

Hold your screams, please.  Dr. M, directed 0 carbs two weeks.  High Protein, High Fat.  Sounds like Atkins to me.

Taking vitamins(GNC active Men) and fish oils.  Some other stuff just in case.

One and half weeks: 220 is now reading 205.  Good start. 
And Sabrina is not impressed.  The scale doesn't matter, how do your pants fit?  Energy level? Drinking enough water?

I still get my espresso, I make it at home and use real Heavy Cream.

We want other people to behave a certain way toward us.  So we use friendly and not so friendly means to do this.  In a 'civilized' country there are rules and customs to handle this.

Play by the rules and you'll do fine.  I wish!  There are cheaters.  I will not pick up the high trust vs. low trust society here.

Studying how people get things done.  Is a good start.  Social rules are explored in depth by Dr. Kevin Hogan.

If you choose not to be a 'salesperson', then be a persuader.  I have to  'sell' my kids on putting down a foundation for the rest of their lives.  Wish me luck!

Got handed a mission.  Train a roomful of non-sales people to sell, without calling it that!

So what books would you grab?

Here is my list: Robbins "Power To Influence",Hall "Games Great Salespeople Play", Gitomer "Sales Bible", Moine "Unlimited Selling Power", Hogan "Science of Influence"

Game plan is to skim and review, pick high points and get process together as a package.

Have only 7.5 hours.  Present and integrate. Get the people up and doing.  What butt and can endure the mind can absorb.

Get the big Why, so how gets easy.

Going to script out a example then, have alternates.

Collect and answer the standard objections.
