Work flow project

Comments

I've broken my binders into categories. Kevin's posts; Kevin's printouts (in sequence -- back to front with a divider between each one); my stuff (sorted into categories like a divider for each blog; a section of all my access codes and passwords ... to make it easier all passwords on blogs are the same) and a binder with dividers for articles for my web; articles for others; articles from others. Another binder for copywriting and dividers for my ideas and others ideas

Hope that helps with your quest Tim

Thanks for delving into this. I'll think about what could make it better.

I think You already know this as I beleave we have talked about it but a flow chart that has details covered in the audio would be huge.

Ok, Tim...I'll get on adding stuff to my website. My get to do list is that I go out and dance my ass off a couple of times a month. (At least my short term get to do list!) Kevin is a harsh task master, but having fun get my creativity flowing!

I really need to get my Perfect Solution Fitness website going. Thanks for reminding me.

Sabrina

Perfect Solution Fitness (a work in progress, barely)

Thank 'Mistress April' And remember we volunteered for this!(and paid for the pleasure!)

Milton Erickson made the 'Volunteer Blues' effective Tasking isn't it?

Tim

Yes Yes Tim, some type of list would be great. I wish I had something that said Like 1.) pick url 2.) start website 3.) research keywords 4.) put meta tags on site etc. you get what I mean. I am in the middle of 17 different things with this right now which is why I think I can't complete any 1 task. The good news is that I did just get another commision from my website!!!!! Yay! It's working, it's working.

Lisa McLellan

List them all.
I plan on getting it written like that.
Any challenges, write'm down and share with the team

Tim

I'm with all the listers. I like things sequenced...it's easier for me to mangage a to-do list that way.

The content is awesome, but can be overwhelming. I have several large binders stuffed with stuff to do.

It is easy to get sidetracked by all the stuff we need to do in order to be successful, but we need to realize this a "crash course". I have discovered that unless you can afford to take the time off during the course and have the financial resources to hire help you just can't keep pace.

That being said we all need to pace ourselves and to concentrate on the basics. Regularly following the list you put above will get you a long way there:

blog
comment
click at team's web page and click stroll thru their sites.
add SOMETHING new to your webpage!

Me thinks if you just did this you would be far ahead of most people trying to make it on the Internet. The problem, as I see it, is that most of us will slack off once the discipline and teamwork of the course falls away. We all talk a good game, but the reality is that most people will fail to follow up after the course is over. You already can see that we are paring down to a small core of hardcore Internet Fanatics.

My recommendation is to follow your daily to do and gradually add more complex items like Digg, Podcasts and more complex website things.

A segmented road map would be nice to guide us, which it sounds like you are already developing.

Steve Chambers, Sales Trainer

Sabrina, sweetheart, what do you need to do for that to happen? Please feel free to send me messages directly.

i agree and want you to be a great success. so I'll nudge you and support you, and get you to come over here and blog with us. Oh, wait! already accomplished that! Our good fortune AND yours! :D

Hugs,

Tim, glad you liked my simple list. really, that's my daily list. DO THAT, the rest is secondary. It's like I could fit it on a small square post-it note. If I can fit it on a post-it note, we're good. If it's longer than that, needs to go into a larger PLAN.

My addiction is to a certain SIZE crowd, their applause and the $ associated with it. Already started!

I'm like Jenn, I like things sequenced. A thorough list would be of great help.

"Come to the Dark Side, we have cookies" T--shirt slogan. Maybe it is my addiction talking.

Tim
80/20 Rule kicking in?

I believe you are correct. What can you hire out. 'Crash Courses' are a jump start still need to get battery charged up.

We keep it simple and easy we can all do this.(now that the group has shaken out a bit)
Once the list is together, I can play with some visuals in Visio, for a real flow chart look.

Aaron
ah HA! we'll lure you to the Dark Side, we call it... Italian roast! I love those rich, smooth strong coffees with milk. strong and sweet. Very Middle Eastern sort of taste. Love it. Of course, my current beau is ME, so we are getting along really well over our coffee tastes! tee hee. Of course, I know, Dr. Helton, that you will refrain from drinking coffee. I just had to tease while I could. It's a little cyber flirtation. Reminds us all you all are men, I'm female, and we're still alive.
