Do you deserve it?

What did you do or say to 'deserve' x? "Why I deserve(demand) your vote..."

Sounds like a cross between begging and entitled. I prefer things I earned. "What is received with ease is esteemed lightly" attribute to a dead guy.

The reverse can also be true. "You didn't deserve to get fired for that."

It is my hope the Judges use this definition. Merit is right there. So is earned! I stand a chance in the Kevin Hogan contest. Craft 500 words that put in play all the things Kevin already taught the Judges. I like a challenge!

You get my vote! Oh yeah, I'm not a judge.....and I don't even really know what this contest is about. But heck, you get my vote anyway because you're a funny guy. I married my husband 17 years ago because he was a funny guy. Good damn thing he's still funny! hahahhaha go get 'em

When I judge anything I do my best to follow the guidelines the designer, in this case Kevin, has outlined.

Nobody deserves anything. People get what they earn.
