Answers and a few Questions
Since yesterday I answered Scott's query on origami thought today to explore other folks.
April, my only advice is be cloned, there is too much to do otherwise.
Matt, keep creating the 'system' of your business so you can train others to do it.
Steve, codify your 'day' job and you plain rock.
Jenifer, have created a 'quick guide' to a better wardrobe? Think Grranimals for grown-up boys.
Yann, I don't have a read on you other than you are a creative dude.
Sheridan, you got it on copywritng (you know'em all Hopkins, Lasker,Collier et al)
Lisa, just keep on keeping on. We are still here to help. To write a book, just talk it out, Get Dragon Dictate!
Aaron, like me decide what it is your'e gonna sell.
Sabrina, change your motto! I think you are a Vet or a mechanic. What do you fix?
Scott, pack lists? Tips and tricks? Batteries and back ups? Check lists for Travelers.
Sue, have a Wellness package to move out with client. Homes tudy course?
David, keep at that hypnosis thing, but parenting tips, really?(hope you have kids)
Dr. Pete, do the heart thing. If you need a expanded practice, insist everybody bring two other future clients.
I am not stupid enough to give Kevin advice(those emails get ignored) and quite frankly giving unasked advice is dangerous and stupid.
"You don't know how far you can go till you go too far."
Apologies to anyone I didn't get this round.

Great tips Tim -- thanks for the advice.
You are welcome to send me advice anytime ... it seems you have a knack for seeing the single forest among the trees. I have a knack for creating a forest from one tree in my own world = lack focus = too many choices. I am not one who gets offended by advice (well maybe in an instant but I know how to let it go and pay attention too).

Good post. Reminds me of something I read once, I think it came from Ancient Greece:
What's the easiest thing in the world?
A: To give advice.
What is the hardest thing in the world?
A: To know thyself.
I always appreciate getting advice, feedback and another impression from people I respect. My advice to you, just pick something and sell it. Ready, fire aim!

A membership site, for commodities trading. Hopefully we cover Membership sites.

So Tim...do you think WE asked for this advice.
And my motto says I fix "PEOPLE". People. Seriously, how hard is that to understand?

Sounds pretty good... Well, if you like going to the beach!
Commodities trading seems like a rather competitive niche. But with your personality I suspect you'll be able to differentiate yourself from the pack pretty naturally. Or maybe you'll pick a specific type of commodities.
I was looking into Amember's software and Mixiv a few days ago, but decided to leave the membership site idea for now, and focus on nailing the copywriting thing first. If you happen to test any good membership solutions, let me know.
All the best,
Yann

You are a hypnotist? Where did you get your training and would you recommend it to some one who is interested in hypnotism? Actually the travel thing is probably not going to be my focus long term. It was just something that fit my job and I ran with it for the course. I will probably start a review site where I review info products and things with strong affiliate programs. I would be willing do this as a joint venture with a few other people who could also review products and we would split the profits in equal shares. I want to look more into the adsense website/blog idea. If I person could make $30 a week on 50 sites that's $1500 a week ~ $78,000/year. Take it to a hundred sites and your are at $150,000+. But I think is a lot of work to keep that many site optimized. But the beauty of it is that it can be done from anywhere there is internet access.

Tim-
Kevin did this great exercise at Bootcamp where he asked people for words they associated with him. Not always easy to hear, but it gives a fairly good picture of your brand image. Your post today reminded me of that -- unsolicited, yes...but very interesting to see how you've pictured us all. Cool.

I started in 1977 informally, reading books and practicing on myself. Later I found tapes. Best Bandler, pricey. Paul Scheele makes great tapes/CD
I have a extensive library to say the least. Email and I will send you my cell#

Tim I love this post. I've said this time and time again. That I will accept any advice, criticism, difference in opnions, it's all going to help me learn more about how others see me.
Jenns advice from boot camp is spot on this is a great idea.
After spending so many weeks together I suggest we all do this for one and other at the end of the program. What you've done here is a very small sampeling of what could come out with that exercise.
Great post

I like to hear from people who think differently than I. Otherwise I get stuck in my old habits and don't move forward. Even if they don't like me or what I'm doing.
